Review: Equipedic Saddle Pads

This topic is something Horse rider’s debate a lot and it is > ‘What is the best Saddle Pad for both the rider and Horse’. Originally I had always been looking at natural soft materials for the pad but soon discovered Equipedic. Equipedic Saddle Pads are made from ConforPedic Impact Reduction Material, which allows the pad to contour and flex with your Horses movement to absorb shock and also protect your Horses back. Equipedic Saddle Pads also have the ability to conform to your Horse’s back and your saddle and eliminate poor saddle fit. There is also a System of Temperature Management, which keeps your Horse cooler when it’s hot and warmer when it’s cold. This added benefit is called EquiKOOL and allows your Horse to be more comfortable and more willing to perform under any situation. There is also an Oxygen Energy Recovery System in the Saddle Pad called EquiCHARGE, which increases the blood flow to your Horses back and increases the transcutaneous oxygen transfer to the skin and muscles. This will lead to your Horse having more energy and experience faster muscle recovery. The pads modified cut back relieves pressure on the withers of any Horse, including swaybacks! The pads underside is lined with breathable wool felt and the top is uncoated with 1000 denier Condura to further promote ventilation and durability. There are also EquiGrip strips on the Condura cover to prevent the pad from slipping.  The last important benefit is that they are really easy to wash; there is an opening on the front side which allows you to remove the ConforPedic inserts and throw the pad in the washing machine to clean.  Here is a link for 2 youtube clips that talk about Equipedic Saddle Pads > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhltBNF30Ak and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMyVNoBhyM8 <

Review: Howrse

Howrse is an interactive online game that involves Horses and Ponies. You can play for FREE all over the world on it's website. You can manage your own Equestrian Centre and have real players from all around the world enter their Horses (or ponies) in your centre. You can also Train, Compete, Ride and Breed your Horse. The only negative to this game is that all the actions are done at the click of a button and do not show you the action taking place, however the game is interesting and is always offering a new festive update due to festival seasons around the world. I suggest you play this game to experience the full capacity it holds. There will be a link for the games website > http://www.howrse.com/
